1. Nếu đã cài đặt, và tiến hành active (có kết nối internet) mà bị báo là "không thành công", thì tiến hành gỡ bỏ chương trình, sau đó khởi động lại máy.
2. Ngắt kết nối internet. Tiến hành cài đặt lại chương trình và dùng serial sau:

3. Sau khi cài đặt xong, chạy chương trình (khi này vẫn phải ngắt kết nối internet), tại màn hình yêu cầu kích hoạt chọn: Activation from other computer

4. Màn hình đăng ký xuất hiện, trong đó khung: Installation code chứa mã key bên trên, khung Activation code. Tiến hành kết nối internet trở lại.

5. Truy cập vào trang sau:

http://www.acronis.com/activation

6. Copy đoạn mã trong khung Installation code ở bước 4 bên trên, và dán vào khung tương ứng trong trang hiện ra ở bước 5, sau đó nhấn Get activation code.

7. Sau bước 6, bạn sẽ nhận được đoạn mã kích hoạt mới, copy lại nó và dán vào khung Activation code ở bước 4 trên.

8. DONE!
